Abnet generally uses DHL Ground Service, DHL Express 2nd Business Day, or DHL Express Next Business Day, U.S Mail, and or Priority Mail for continental U.S. delivery locations. The price of $6.50 is charged for U.S. ground delivery or U.S.P.S. service. In stock orders received before 12 noon PST, usually ship the same day (upon credit approval).

We are able to ship all products in the United States and most products to Canada. We are able to ship some products to some other countries, as well. The price of $6.50 is charged for U.S. ground delivery or U.S.P.S. service. Other countries require more extensive shipping chages that are determined at the time of receipt of the order. These charges will be communicated to clients before any shipping takes place. Abnet, Inc. does not service walk-in customers. Please e-mail or call for more information.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover via PayPal. Cashier's Checks and Money Orders can be sent in advance to the address listed above. Please make out checks to Abnet, Inc. and provide name, address, phone number, and item or items you are ordering along with shipping charges. Please include any other applicable charges such as sales tax in the state of California.

All electronic orders will receive a confirmation of succesful completion of ordering over our secured electronic ordering system on completion of order placing. Electronic order confirmation is not possible to invalid or blocked e-mail addresses given.

Items in stock are usually shipped same day if we receive the order by noon PST, Monday through Friday (upon credit approval). Otherwise, within 24 hours of order confirmation during regular business days Monday through Friday. If a back order situation exists, we do try to make a note next to order button on our site, otherwise, you will be notified by e-mail or phone, if possible.

Shipping:

United State Residents Add $6.50 for DHL Ground Service for shipping, on items Abnet charges for shipping. U.S. Mail or U.S Priority Mail services may also be used for shipping and incur the same charges, on items that Abnet charges for shipping. Free shipping offers from Abnet, Inc. include free DHL Ground Service or U.S. Mail shipping from the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping with faster delivery service is available via DHL 2nd Business Day Air or with DHL Next Business Day Air Service in the continental U.S. at higher shipping rates. Please call or email for rates. Please keep in mind that continental U.S. 2nd day and next day air deliveries to rural locations may take longer than the second or third business day, respectively. These shipping charges reflect Monday through Friday deliveries in the continental U.S. We also reserve the right to use the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail or an alternate carrier, depending on the situation. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian shipping charges will be determined on weight and destination. You will be informed of shipping charges prior to shipping if the shipping amount exceeds our usual shipping charges. Please indicate on your order & request that you prefer 2nd or next business day express delivery and we will get back to you with the shipping rates. Abnet, inc. reserves the right to refuse service to clients that do not meet our credit verification or approval.

Return Policy:

If product shipped in error or found to be defective in workmanship or materials upon receipt, product will be replaced. If you would like to return a purchased product for any other reason, please keep in original condition with the original packaging. We cannot credit items that have been used, worn, sized, etc. Items that are in the original condition with the original packaging and warranty papers can be returned within 30 days of purchase to us for a credit or refund for the product amount or an exchange. Exchanges will be charged our normal shipping charges for the shipping area concerned. We do not credit shipping charges in cases of returned or exchanged merchandise. Packing slip must be enclosed, stating a reason for the return. We are sorry, we cannot accept any returns for any reason after 30 days of purchase. We do not accept COD packages. All mercandise is covered by standard manufacturer's warranties. All items are inspected prior to shipment.
