Zeppelin timepieces are dedicated to the spirit of human endeavor. The designs
are meant to evoke a sense of elegance rather than a military essence. Zeppelins
were considered to be the pinnacle of human engineering achievment in their
time. They were the first commercial aircraft, and it was said that these
flying luxury liners defined the "art of travel" they owned the
skies as they serenely roamed the globe for over 30 years.
Ferdinand Graf von Zeppelin was born in 1838 and launched
LZ1, his first airship in July 1900, he died in 1917, 20 years before the
crash of the Hindenburg.
